We collect images you upload for AI processing.
Identifiers:
We collect your email address and Device ID for account management and personalized experiences.
2. Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party Sharing
Explicit Disclosure (Guideline 5.1.2(i)):
To provide room design inspirations, RoomSpark shares your uploaded photos and room data with third-party AI providers (including OpenAI or Gemini).
Purpose:
Data is shared solely to generate AI designs.
User Control:
You must provide explicit consent before your first AI generation. You can revoke this permission at any time in the app Settings.
No Training:
We do not allow our third-party AI partners to use your personal data to train their models.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
RoomSpark is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. We also participate in affiliate programs with Target and West Elm.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the "Delete Account" button in the app Settings.
