We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use RoomSpark on Apple-branded products.
2. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Moderation
RoomSpark allows users to upload photos and generate designs. To comply with Apple's safety standards:
Zero Tolerance:
You may not upload or generate content that is defamatory, offensive, or illegal.
Moderation:
We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Reporting:
Users can report any objectionable content via the "Report" button. We will act on reports within 24 hours.
3. AI Design Disclaimer
AI-generated designs are for inspiration and conceptual purposes only. They do not constitute professional architectural, engineering, or interior design advice. RoomSpark is not responsible for the accuracy or structural feasibility of AI-generated outputs.
4. Affiliate Links & Pricing
Product links (e.g., Amazon, Target) are affiliate links. We may receive a commission on purchases. While we strive to show current prices, Amazon prices change frequently; the final price is determined on the merchant's site. We do not provide price-tracking or price-drop alert services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomSpark LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated designs.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these terms.
